Martha and Dale Cooper need help in meeting the uncovered portion of the medical bills that have accumulated as a result of a surgery complication in 2009, leaving Martha unable to breathe on her own. Martha, who has two teenage children, requires round the clock home care.
For many years, the Coopers have been involved in ministries to people with disabilities such as the Chicago L’Arche community. Now they need a little help. Jim will be performing a selection of his original songs in this special concert.
We refer you to http://www.caringbridge.org/visit/marthacooper as a means to hear how things are going with Martha. For those of you who cannot come to the concert but would still like to contribute please make out your donation to Dale Cooper but mail it to:
Carol Holesha
P.O. Box 6477
Evanston, IL. 60204-6477
To assist the Cooper family as they meet the challenges ahead, a free-will offering will be gratefully accepted.
